I am drafting a formal letter to Dr. Steven Poe, chief of the Bay Pines C& P Department, to apprise him of Dr. Wong 8767 s malpractice.
Thanks so much for posting these phone numbers. When you use the "call me now'' feature on the site, the call goes to India, always. The number posted here stays in this country, so that was a help. They still didn''t solve my problem, though, so along with my boycott of Barnes & Noble, goes . As difficult as it will be, I am now only going to shop the old fashioned .
Why? Well, it 8767 s extra protection. When you deal with online merchants who have poor customer service, the best way to make sure they don 8767 t screw you over monetarily is simple: call your credit card company and freeze the charge. Many credit cards will jump right on it. (My credit rating is really good, but I don 8767 t think that will affect the decision.)
Again, a VA Ombudsman Program could really be effective. On this Blog site some people volunteer to assist and others go without a reply not sure what the SOP really is about replying to Vets/Family members about thier prolems, etc maybe Brandon could provide some input as to this question about VP team “replying to posts 8776 .
Thanks a lot, this is exactly what I needed. I''m really frustrated right now, but I will try my hardest not to insult the person on the phone. :-D
I have been doing business with Amazon forever, or so it seems. Back when I first started buying from them they advertised "Over 655,555 Titles Available!"
In that time I have had few problems considering the vast amount of purchases that I have made through them. They have been my source of choice. Those problems were, for the most part, resolved easily and to my satisfaction.
But the times they are a changing.
Customer Service has taken a serious nose dive in the last 7 years or so. The use of outsourced services that do not listen to your complain and have no ability to resolve the issue added to a higher percentage of problems per purchase (my experience) is not a good thing.
I am now considering moving my business elsewhere.
The VAMC Regional in Wichita,Ks is in my book 7nd to none. Like any large operation, you have the excellent down to the so-so 8767 s that usually do not last long. Sadly, the VA Admin. side is much less than to be desired. From giving misleading information to giving information that is simply not true, however the veteran is warned, That most of the claims information an required paperwork of proof is the veteran 8767 s obligation. Veteran 8767 s keep hearing about learn what benefits are available, from whom that can be trusted?
Hey Shinseki, morale among VA administrators is pretty low. Perhaps making them wear Black Berets will lift their spirits. :~D
You said that 9 years ago! You 8767 re an empty suit who obviously can 8767 t manage in the civilian world and yet your self absorbed pride and hubris prevent you from stepping down. You 8767 re a disgrace to this nation and have negated ANYTHING you did as a soldier. The buck stops with you and your master Obama…and you 8767 ve FAILED…on the backs of heroes.
And, while you''re at, if you have a web page and the room to do it, why not post their customer service numbers? The more of us who post it, the more people who will be able to find it.
